<Week1>
Dear Mr. Kamakura
How are you?? I felt this week was very very long for me! Because many many things happened this week.
First, at school, I had many friends there and talked a lot in English haha.
Second, my host family members are parents, 2 children and one foreign student from Hong Kong who is Sam. Sam taught me that February 1st is the New Year Day in China and we ate Chinese food to celebrate it. I cooked Sushi for my Family!! I miss Japan a little when I ate it.
Finally, it is about the weather. I think you know the season is the opposite to Japan here. Australia is too hot now!! I felt hotter. However, I'm enjoying the life here now!!! So don't worry!!
Best regards, from T.I.

<Week2>
Dear Mr. Kamakura,
Hi!!! This week also many things happened! I went to store in Pakenham on Tuesday. I was surprised that many things are big here in Australia! There was also kangaroo sausage!
I went to Host mother, Rachael's brother's house. We had a BBQ together. It was very very good!!! I had 10 pieces of chicken!
I saw a wild possum in the garden! It is rare to see it. So I'm a lucky boy! It was a good experience!
I went to Planet Shakers church! We enjoyed watching a band playing music. I was surprised that it was free! It isn't normal in Japan! I became one of the fans after leaving the Church! It was so good!!
At school, I take photography, math, IT, music, drawing and English!!
See you next week!!   From T.I.

Hello Mr. Kamakura,
Here is my first report. I'm enjoying my stay in Australia. But I didn't make some friends yet. I don't forget "Don't be shy". So I'll keep on trying.
Photo 1
This picture was taken on my first day of school. I took this photo in front of my host family's home. The house has four bedrooms and has two levels. In the backyard, the house also has a heated spa bath. I was surprised. I took this picture with my host brother, Matthew. My host mother took the picture and my host father took me to school that morning. My host brother is interesting and my host sister is cute.
Photo 2
I took this photo on top of a mountain. We went up the mountain using hiking trail. I got up at 6:30 on Saturday morning. It was cold and misty. The walk was easy but tough. We were five members walking up the trail. I took this picture with my host brother.
Regards, Y.G.

How are you? Many flies live in here. First week, my host family went to Queens land. So I stayed at host mother's brother's house. I'm at host family's house now. My little host brothers are very vigorous!
I made a friend who moved from East Timor. His name is Lay Winston, and he is very kind.
Me and my friend Nojiri started Kendo here at Beacon Hills. Because my host school's Japanese teacher invited us. Melbourne is dry, but the temperature is high. So it is very hard.
Regards, H.S.

Events of the week;
Monday: I was looking forward to the school. It was fun as expected.
Tuesday: Shopping in Parkenham with my schoolmates and coordinator.
Wednesday: I had fun playing with Sarah.
Thursday: I had fun playing soccer with Chead's friend, and I went to soccer club.
Friday: I was talking to Sarah and Emily.
Within one week, I was able to talk with a lot of friends about 40. It is fun every day here! Australia is very very hot, more than 30 degrees every day.
Have a nice weekend, Kamakura teacher!!! See ya!   From T.T.

Dear Mr.Kamakura
Good afternoon. First, I apologize to you for the delay in sending this e-mail.
Two weeks have passed since I arrived at Australia. I'm surprised at the differences with Japan and Australia. There are many racial people in Australia. Also, a mind of "the Ladies first" is very important here.
Sometimes, I don't know what I should say. I think I should have learned more English before leaving Japan. However, I enjoy life in Australia. When I just came here, I couldn't talk to students. But, I talk to girls now!
These are the photos that were taken at the time of the class of chemical experiments. And the other one is the photograph taken when I rode on Mustang of Ford together with Elizabeth. She is my little host sister.
Best regards, K.T.
